This is LOVE: to fly toward a secret sky, to cause a hundred veils to fall each moment. First to let go of life. Finally, to take a step without feet. ~RUMI
I have felt the pull to heal in my bones for as long as I can remember. Becoming a Yoga Teacher is more than guiding movement; it’s learning to listen with the body and to hold space for others’ felt experience. In class, we don’t only move limbs—we tune into breath that lengthens the spine, muscles that soften, and the subtle sensations that map our inner landscape. The physical practice lights up the nervous system, but it’s the meeting of breath, sensation, and attention that brings us into alignment with who we are most deeply. When mind, body, and spirit settle into the same rhythm, we remember the impulse that threads us together: to love.
May you notice the small openings—a softening at the heart, a grounded root through your feet, the way your chest eases on an exhalation—and carry gratitude and the quiet presence of beauty with you, today and every day.
