Gratitude

I would be nowhere without the support of my FAMILY, FRIENDS, MENTORS and STUDENTS. Looking back, I never thought I would have the courage and confidence to get up and speak in front of people, much less inspire those who are looking for pathways to their heart. It took me a long time to own the fact that my journey before teacher training is what held the force of wanting to give back what I had learned on my own journey...to not be afraid to look within and love what is there NO MATTER WHAT. Happiness is a choice. Love is innate. Together let's raise the bar on connecting to higher consciousness and the glue that binds us all together...LOVE. I started attending Whitney’s gentle flow yoga class in April 2017 to help combat anxiety. I had never taken yoga before and Whitney immediately made me feel at ease. She’s patient, kind, inclusive, and incredibly warm to each of her students. She offers variations for every pose so that students can always practice at the level that’s appropriate for them, and I’ve never felt out of place at any of her classes - even as a novice.
